SampleDeck Pro is designed with privacy in mind. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information or user data. Specifically:

• We do not collect any personally identifiable information
• We do not track your location
• We do not access your contacts
• We do not use analytics or tracking services
• We do not collect usage statistics

3. Data Storage

All data created in SampleDeck Pro (soundboards, sound clips, settings) is stored locally on your device only. This data:

• Remains entirely on your device
• Is never transmitted to our servers or any third party
• Is deleted when you uninstall the app
• Is your responsibility to backup if desired

4. Permissions

SampleDeck Pro requires the following permissions to function:

• Storage Access: To read audio files from your device and save app data
• Internet Access: Only used for in-app purchases through Google Play

We do NOT use:

• Microphone access
• Camera access
• Location services

5. In-App Purchases

Premium features are available through Google Play's in-app purchase system. All payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information.

6. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service integrated into SampleDeck Pro is Google Play's in-app billing system, which is governed by Google's privacy policy.

7. Children's Privacy

SampleDeck Pro does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is suitable for all ages.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SampleDeck Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. License

SampleDeck Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or professional use in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to use any audio files you import into the app
• Complying with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
• Not using the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Maintaining the security of your device and app data

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to audio content you create or import. We do not claim any ownership over your content. The app itself, including its code, design, and features, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Premium Features

Premium features are available through a one-time in-app purchase. Premium purchases are:

• Non-refundable except as required by law
• Tied to your Google Play account
• Available across all devices using the same Google Play account
• Subject to Google Play's terms and conditions

6. Free Version Limitations

The free version is limited to:

• 1 soundboard
• 5 sound clips per soundboard

These limitations are removed with a premium purchase.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SampleDeck Pro is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The app will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bryan Gibson and SampleDeck Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

9. App Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the app at any time
• Update features, pricing, or terms
• Release updates that you may be required to install

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
